   Found a boo boo in here. Alpha frequency is actually from 6-14 cps, it’s greatest amplitude is acheived between 8-9 cps. Children spend more time in alpha than adults do, we exist in beta more so as we get older.     Just so you know they are actively messing with the planet using `frequencies and energy` The program is called HAARP, it is located in Alaska, it is in essence a giant microwave.

    I do not understand how it works precisely, but my understanding is it is capable of multiple different effects depending on how it is used. Some effects include, ability to cause earthquakes, weather modification, ability to shut down and block communications yet also used to communicate. Look into HAARP.
